Terms of Use

Last updated September 30, 2026

These terms cover your use of themissingmanualformen.com, the free guide, and The Missing Manual course (together, the "Materials"). The Materials are provided by Good Intimacy LLC, a Utah limited liability company ("we," "us"). By using the site or buying the course, you agree to these terms.

Education, not treatment

The Missing Manual is educational content. It is not therapy, counseling, medical advice, or treatment for any condition, and using it does not create a therapist-client or provider-patient relationship. If you are in crisis or need clinical care, contact a licensed professional or local emergency services. Individual results vary, and we make no guarantee of any particular outcome.

Who can use it

You must be at least 18 years old to use the site or buy the course.

Your account

Course access is through a personal account on our course platform. Keep your login private and don't share your account. You're responsible for activity under it.

Purchases and access

Refunds

Watch Units 1 and 2. If they aren't what we promised, email us within 14 days of your purchase for a full refund. No questions required. Refunds go back to the original payment method, and course access ends when the refund is issued.

What you can do with the Materials

We grant you a personal, non-transferable license to use the Materials for your own learning. You may not copy, record, resell, share, publicly post, or distribute the course videos, worksheets, or guides, in whole or in part, without our written permission. All content, names, and logos belong to us or our licensors.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break security, scrape the course, interfere with other users, or use it for anything unlawful.

Third-party services

Checkout, course hosting, and email are provided by third-party platforms, which have their own terms. We aren't responsible for their services beyond what the law requires.

Disclaimers

The Materials are provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Materials is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continued use means you accept the changes.
